- Within the platform hierarchy: Administrators can view all data within their scope. Agencies can view data for their assigned companies and clients. Managers can view data for their assigned companies. Clients can only view data that has been assigned to them or that they have created.
- Service providers: We use third-party services to operate our platform, including cloud hosting, payment processing (Stripe), email delivery, and analytics. These providers only receive information necessary to perform their functions.
- White-label arrangements: Under white-label agreements, we operate under the Agency's brand. We will not disclose our involvement to End Clients.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
- Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
4. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including:
