Local Plumbing Company Dominates Maps Pack
The Challenge
A home services agency partner brought us a suburban plumbing client stuck on page three of Google for every commercial keyword. The Google Business Profile was incomplete, citations were inconsistent across directories, and the website had thin service pages with no local relevance signals.
Our Approach
Our team ran a full technical audit, rebuilt the Google Business Profile with proper categories, services and weekly posts, fixed 47 inconsistent citations across local directories, and rewrote each service page with suburb-specific content and schema markup. We also implemented a review generation flow that doubled monthly review volume.
The Result
Within four months, organic traffic was up 274 percent. The client held the top three Maps Pack positions for their primary suburb and ranked on page one for 18 commercial keywords. Booked jobs from organic search tripled, and the agency partner moved them onto a higher retainer tier.
