All three plans, at a glance: Starter $97 you run it, Growth $147 you run it, Complete $227 full access, done for you. Plans cover the feature set, usage below is billed as you go.
Onboarding: Starter and Growth include a one-time $199 onboarding fee. The onboarding fee is waived on the Complete plan.
Partner wholesale: the prices above are retail. As a partner you pay 50 percent off, so Starter $48.50, Growth $73.50 and Complete $113.50 per month, and you keep the margin on what you charge your client.

A couple of Australian realities: texting needs an Australian mobile number, it is the only AU number type that sends SMS. A segment is 160 characters, so a long text counts as 2 or more. MMS is not supported on Australian numbers at all, send an SMS with a link to the image instead. Reminders and review requests draw on your text and email balance at these same rates.
Usage based pricing, AUD ex GST. Billed as consumed to the account wallet, on top of the monthly plan. AI has two paths, metered by token or per minute, or a flat AI Employee plan, and the Unlimited plan removes the Conversation, Voice, Reviews and Content AI meters. Voice AI and phone line minutes are billed separately and stack. MMS is not available on Australian numbers. Card processing is charged by Stripe at your provider's cost. Rates as supplied from the Australian rate card, reconcile against Billing and Wallet before quoting.
